With over 25 years experience, Spade to Blade brings fresh, local ingredients and warm country hospitality to every event. We specialise in crafting memorable experiences, catering to all types of gatherings, big or small. From corporate retreats to casual get-togethers, we deliver delicious food, friendly service, and a touch of Daylesford charm.

Sample Menus

Menus are samples and indicative only. Subject to seasonal availability and your preferences. Total staffing costs are calculated in consultation on the number of staff, hours worked and travel time.

About Our Small Function Area

Our small function area seats 25 casually and 40 cocktail-style.  It is available for booking daytime and evenings.  Group lunches from $35 per head, group dinners from $80 per head and drinks at bar prices.
